I'm not sure about the name of this piece of kitsch, but I know what it purports to be and where it comes from.

Yes, it is a Polish "replica" of an Alfa Romeo. The site I found it on didn't supply a name for it, but I checked your JAK Nestor suggestion. I think you are right. One point for that.
