so we have an engineer who was working for this company in Köln. He built this puzzle car there. Later he bought the company. Did the company built other cars or only this one?

Yes, this is Gustav Heinrich Wilhelm Uren. This 3 hp threewheeler was constructed by him and built by Kölner Motorwagenfabrik sometime between 1898 and 1900.
