Tom Tjaarda of course!
Lotsa similarities to the Pantera, just scaled a bit smaller.

That's it of course, yes - whilst he was at Ghia.

The MX1600 has featured on AutoPuzzles before, but only the second version, not this original one.
Below are some more photos. The second picture is actually a rear view of the Mk II version of this car I think; I haven't been able to find a photo which I'm sure is of the first version, but I'll keep looking.  Maybe they're the same anyway...
