Not so easy as I've almost 5 different names for the electric version of this city car. The same car was already present in http://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/index.php?topic=10012.0 as the ELLECTRICA ELECTRIC CITY CAR in November 2009. It looks that it's a project of an Italian company named START LAB that has presnted it as OPEN START LAB but depending of the country were is distributed change the names to MOVITRON TEENER, NEV ELLECTRICA, PRO-AM STREET...and additionally to make it more confuse looks that the production is going to be moved to Spain.
As alternative under the badge MOVITRON TEENER 50 CITY CAR  was available a version with single stroke engine of 50 c.c. to be driven without license. I hope than one of the described versions is what you are looking for. Maybe somebody knows the true history of that nice little car.

Good work, Luis. I wasn't aware that this car has such a complex history. I didn't know of the former post either. I just knew of the Start Lab and Teener duplicity. The name I was looking for is Start Lab Open Street. So this point goes to you, congratulations.
