International Harvester 1948 with body by Bjarne Berg Karrosfabrik.
One of three IH chassis bodied by the above with slightly different styling.

I now know more about Norwegian bus history than I ever needed to know. :)

On the other hand, it gave me a good opportunity to practice my Norwegian
language skills which were very rusty after 35 years.  I also was able to
add several dozen more "American Cars Used Overseas" busses and car based
busses to my photo files.
