Is this not Alf Naslund's Leopard, a 1930s-style sports car built in 2005?
I don't know what it was based on.... :-\

Based on a Ford Taunus perhaps?

As to date a blind guess says 1989

It's a Ford base, but not a Taunus.
The date is a long way out though according to my information, which I hope is correct...

As it's been established that it's a Ford-based replica can I make a guess and say it looks like (judging by the wheels and the size of the car) it was built from one of the Ford V8 racing specials that were quite numerous in Sweden in the 1930s.
I would guess though that the car was rebuilt in the 1970s/1980s.

Good guess!
I'll give you the point as we're unlikely to get any more info about this one (I don't know the builder's name, just that it was a Swedish Ford V8 special built in 1937).
