KAW resp. Urbanus?
Yes, I found it tagged as Gottfried Hagen, but their car brand was KAW (Kölner Accumulatoren-Werke). Locked for you to find a plausible year.

~ it was displayed at many exhibitions, Gottfried Hagen's Elektrowagen were shown 1907 in Berlin as well right next to Stoewer from Stettin.

Gottfried Hagen started to built electric cars not before 1906, but I guess it's most likely from 1907. 1908 the production ceased.

Good enough for me. Any year between 1904 and 1908 (according to my sources) would have done.

Another point for you.
