I knew that. Unfortunately they don't tell where that purchase happened. Graf Luckner had a Mikafa Landyacht, but I'm not sure whether Helfritz's car is a Mikafa, too. The Mikafas I know look very different.

Sometimes one can solve one's own puzzles!
It is in fact a Mikafa, their van body for the VW chassis. When they promoted it, VW presented their Transporter, so that the Mikafa-VW remained a one-off.
