Now this is a tricky one. I only have a year and a place where this picture was taken and an approximate engine size, but I don't know who built this car.

Neckar- NSU F05 project ?

I knew I had seen it before. It is the Neckar or NSU-Fiat F 05 project car. That identification earns you the promised point even without answering all of the questions. I found it in a 1954 magazine where they told that it was photographed in southwestern Germany and had an engine of around 400 cc displacement. The source Carnut doesn't want to use anymore talks about 550 cc, but you can't be sure.
