What is the name of this custom car, who modified it, and where did it go after it stopped appearing in car shows?

1970 Continental Mark III Dual Cowl Phaeton Show Car? Modified by Kar Kraft. It spent 3 years at Marcelino Mercury in Puerto Rico and then was moved to the dealership owner's home. Marcelino Rivera stored it until he passed away in 1990. In 1991 Marcelino's son Rafael restored it. In 2009 the car was offered at auction. It apparently still exists...

I wonder what is the difference compared to this 1969 Ford Mark II Dual Cowl Phaeton concept car?
