It's a Chenard & Walcker, I believe. TT from 1918.

Yes, it is a Chenard et Walcker TT, photo taken in the nice little village of Quincampoix in Normandy when I was heading home from holidays in Brittany when I happened to see a gathering of the local veteran car club. That was a nice surprise.

Very close! It is a 1913 Chenard & Walcker, but according to the seller it isn't a Type T2, but a type T_.
Locked for you to complete the type designation.

.....well, unless the seller has an I.D. plate showing otherwise, I would buy it as a T2.
