My source mentions Pichon-Parat as a coachbuilder. But the reasoning is rather vague and after a little searching on the internet I think it is a Darl'mat. Do any of us have further evidence?

Pichon Parat made a 403 coupé but it looks more like a 'chop top job' then a complete reworked body. Please find attached pictures of a Darl Mat 403.

the picture in the book 'Toutes le Peugeot" is the same picture as the puzzle pic. In the attached text is explained the confusion about 'the artisan from Lot et Garonne', mentioned in an earlier message from  me. By now, it is resolved I Think?

The design of the Peugeot 403 Coupé Darl'Mat was a slightly reworked Peugeot 203 DS by Darl'Mat after all with 403 engine and grill as well as redesigned rear wings to incorporate 403 rear lights.
