Yes, this wind channel model was built at FKFS (Forschungsinstitut für Kraftfahrwesen und Fahrzeugmotoren Stuttgart), reputedly under participation of Wunibald Kamm. It must have been one of his last works, as he died in 1966. Base car was the DKW F 102 which later on was developed to become the first post-war Audi.
