It's Italian and I'm sure I know it, but still I'm not able to remember who made it.
Perhaps an MV prototype?

What: an MV-Agusta light truck (I'm not sure it ever got a name).
Where: in Bologna.
When: around 1964.

MV 1100 and if not 1964 perhaps early 1965.
I think it was built in Bologna in ex-OSCA factory, but perhaps I'm wrong and it comes from the same factory in Casina Costa (VA) as the motorbikes.

Hard to imagine a worst reply...  :D
However, I'm pretty sure to have seen it on an old issue of Quatroruote but, not being Fiat-engined, I never noted it. So, let's somebody else give us the right answer!

I cannot find a photo to confirm or deny, but did not MV Augusta have some sort of agreement with the Russian firm Lada??
Perhaps this is the way to the answer.
Cheers
