I think that she may be Gabiel Voisin's daughter Janine.
Voisin was a pioneer aeroplane manufacturer who late built cars with a badge which proudly said "Avions Voisin" - some have featured here in the distant past.
Most distinctive was the car for the 1923 Grand Prix:
Absolutely right! The earlier clue I mentioned was "nothing but the truth" or in French, "Rien que la vérité", the name of a 1931 film in which she appeared, a year after the flapper photo was done.
I don't know much else about her. Kinda like Einstein's daughter, to whom I jokingly referred (who may have died before her 2nd birthday), I've been able to find very little on the web about her.
