Manuel, yes, that's its name. It's one of two built.

Correct. John Fowler & Co. of Leeds did build these. I'm sure that both of the Rein Drives made, ended up in Australia. One still exists in the Parkes museum, in NSW.

I'm also after a year for the point. And the designer of this machine, if you're interested in the other point.

There is an Aussie connection here. According to my books Cornelius Murnane designed and patented the machine. As far as I can tell sales started in the early 1920's. Probably around 1923-25 it was put on the market. It is hard to pinpoint the exact year it became avail in Oz.

Manuel, that's all correct. They were made in 1924, and were displayed at agricultural shows around the UK. They came to Australia in 1926. That's 2 points.
