Please identify this bus for a point: chassis, coachbuilder and year when it was built are necessary

Got to start somewhere.

Scania-Vabis maybe an 850 model, maybe Norge coachbuilder unknown at this point.

Well, perhaps I have to change my mode of operation here.
As I posted earlier on the Forum, I normally try to not to take the "20 Questions" approach
but it seems to be acceptable here even looking at the professional level participants.

If the Scandinavian connection has to do with the chassis, we are then pretty much left
with Sisu of Finland. Shall I pursue that possibility or am I totally off the mark??

Well, Pal, I have chased that "nose" through several countries and I try to never give up.

This is probably not close to the answer, but the nose is very similar to
the French Matford F 917 series.

If that is completely incorrect, perhaps you can give a further tip.

Moving right along, thanks for the clue, that eliminates dozens of makers.
So, that would leave the UK and the US as donors for the chassis I guess.

I see nothing so far from the UK group that looks good so I concentrated on the US brands.

As the vehicle is LHD, that eliminates Sweden for that time period and leaves Danmark, Norway and Finland. Of those,
I would rather think Norway.

For the chassis, I am leaning for the moment towards the so called Chevrolet "Bulldog" COE chassis of the period 1937-1938 or 1939.
A fair number of these were built as busses and particularly for Norway. The nose of these Chevrolets mostly look similar
to your photo.

It's a common misconception that because they drove on the left in Sweden up to 1968 the cars were RHD. In fact none of them were, they were all LHD (even those imported from the UK), and although that also applied to commercial vehicles the exception was the buses which were RHD, so you are right in that it can't be Sweden as the door is on the right and the steering wheel is on the left!
