This is a Cadillac "Seville Opera" conversion by the Grandeur Motor Company (aka American Custom Coachworks), built between 1977 and 1979.
I've seen one of these in person.  They are very silly-looking with an enormous dead panel between the nose of the car and the factory-length hood.

It´s very similar, but made by another company. Congratulations by your car, it´s one of my dream car when I was a kid.

Not to be too horriby difficult, but you may want to double-check your sources.
This exact image (along with many others) is used on one website which I consider a "web authority" for such vehicles.
I'll take the discussion offline.  Check for a PM shortly.

My source is an ad of the company at Kit Car Magazine

Neat to see it in print!
Just for the fun of it, I did some research on the Grandeur Motor Company (my previous guess) - and their company address was the same as what's listed in your print advert.
I'll PM the web address shortly.

A point added, as the same address means that it´s the same car, maybe a change of make when sold as kit form (JM Cars).
