Now that is worthy of a lock. It is an Opel Rekord. Give me a model year and the point is yours!

Looks like an Opel Rekord D (1972-79), with these wheels being from a later car (c.1977 model year).

Oh, this is getting serious!  So, how about the Record C (from 1967-72).

A very well-earned point for you. This is the work of Csaba Schaffer, who penned this car as his thesis in 2006. The family visited a lot of classic car events and fancied the idea of building their own dream car. So Csaba's father took the thesis and turned it into a real car, based on a 1967 Opel Rekord C coupe. Story with more pictures will be available on my site in March.
