Who made this, utilizing what body, chassis and engine?

One of the first Glass fibre bodies to be made in the UK

1953 Mk 1a Peel

for the Ford 8 and 10 chassis, also suitable for Buckler space frames as well as chassis of a similar wheelbase

You are right up to a point, in that this car does use a Peel body, a Buckler chassis and a Ford engine. Those are the easy bits..
But what was this car marketed as, by whom and where were they based?

The Shipyard,
Peel,
Isle of man

produced Micro Cars, Before that they made bodyshells for Ford 8 and 10

The early shells were also advertised as being available from the Campbell Sports Car Company of Ontario who were designated the sole agents for Canada and North America and they were stated as being suitable for Buckler multi tube space frames as well as chassis of a similar wheelbase.

Campbell sportscars called it a Buckler Special and state that it uses English Ford engine and suspension with a body of THIER design.

That answers the question!
It was marketed in Canada by Campbell Sports Cars;  I understood they called it the Campbell Special, but the wording seems to have changed...!
