What's the difference between a "Pseudo" hot rod and a "genuine" hot rod? The former isn't a runner perhaps.
In that case, there are a ton (figuratively speaking) of radical kustom show cars that would fit into the "pseudo" category. But then there always was a division between the hot rodders and the kustom car people. The saying "if it don't go, chrome it" kinda defines the dividing line.
But what I'm wondering is if he'd used the trunk (boot) from a '27 Model T, would it have been a "mock turtle deck?"
