Is #10 a car for kids?
I have a name only, but judging by the size of the steering wheel it might be.
Is #11 French?
Does #12 have a Swiss engine?
#11-12: No.

??? I did not see there was a reply here!
Sorry for being late.
#12 - Austrian engine it is!
#11 - Once you'll find the place, you'll have the name...it's the only car (or one of the very few) from there, and there can't be no more (and that's a big clue!)

#11 - The country where this car was built no longer exist. It appears in Wikipedia's list of former socialist countries.
#11 - You got my clue, but not Trieste (that still exist and it's a City...)

Now I realize...my City was meant as a clue, not a remark of a (supposed) mistake... ;)

I don't know the precise location.
My source reports that it was shown about 160km Est\North-Est of Rijeka...
The company seems to be still active nearby...I have something on this car in a book at home and I'll see if there's more next week.

So it was introduced in Zagreb and produced near the city, right?

It was shown in Zagreb.
The company is still active (at least it seems) in Serbia.
I'm in the right place to look for info  ;D .

Let's sum up:
#10: Not a Wiima, but from the same country...(and I found this pic online in a page where you can find the Wiima too...)
#11: 1st shown in Zagreb, former Yugolslavia. The car was shown with a name still in business and I have another pic (that I'll upload shortly) with a sign where is the builder's name too.
#12: Italian, Puch-engined
#18: Italian, 1-cylinder, 0.8hp at 4000rpm...that man is a very popular American singer.

#10 - In the website where I took this pic, the Wiima is not called Wiima but Wixxxin.
#11 - This pic cames from a book, not an ultra rare-expensive-obscure one.
#12 - The 2nd name of its builder sounds like the plural of an Italian 1st name (like 'Roberti', 'Giuseppi', ...)
#18 - Find the singer and I'll reveal the rest.
