No offense meant, I just thought your reply included a multiple question itself.  ;)

I'd suggest that it is up to the puzzle owner to reject questions as not regular. Wouldn't you agree?

I don't agree to 100%, but you can think that...  :D

Of course, but as you may have noticed the editors monitor also common practices and the netiquette on this board.
As long as the puzzle's author doesn't relax the rules we have to alert I'm afraid. ;)

I'd like to keep the joyful spirit of these days alive.
Multiple guesses are not allowed and that's a rule.
Your specific guesses ('french-electric-WWII' and 'Crosley-USA') told me that you were onto something and quite close, that's why I prefer to reply 'yes-no-yes' and 'yes-yes' instead of a misleading No - Yes.
Now, let's move along.
#1: There is a singular connection between this company and the maker of another quite known minicar...
#3: You know the basics, only the name is missing
#10:This may be hard...I have a name and a place...the place may be the key.
#11: Not that obscure. I have a nice pic of it that I'll upload in the future.
#12: Italian, not italian-engined.
#18: Italian, 1-cylinder, 0.8hp at 4000rpm...and that man is a very popular American singer.

Finally I found where I have seen #1 before. It is the SNCAO (Société Nationale de Constructions Aéronautiques de l'Ouest), shown in Paris 1941. Powered by charcoal!

Correct...and do you know which was the other manufacturer with a singular connection to this one?
#3 - Not Maico...

Breguet was part of the SNCAO. Do you mean that connection?

Not that but wasn't part of the answer...
SNCAO stands for 'Société nationale des constructions aéronautiques de l'ouest' a company later bought by SNCASO (Société nationale des constructions aéronautiques du sud-ouest)...while the little car INTER was built by Societé nationale de construction aéronatique du Nord!
I don't know how it works in France but it reminds me of Monopoli!
