This car is NOT a re-post, despite appearances which might suggest otherwise..
So, what is it, what powers it and from when does it date - for 1 point?:

If this is not ARH Condor, then there is only - Simca 1000-based Albishugar.
In 1971,  Jose Ramon Antonio Almagro  with Ricardo Huertas founded the project, to create a sports car based on the Simca 1000
The car was presented at the Motor Show in Barcelona, and after participating in several sports, he lost the support of Simca-Chrysler.
Albisa Hugar, later named ARH Condor.
P.S. Surprisingly, I did not know anything about this car, so I entered into Google search the words that were written on the car.
P.P.S. Happy New Year!

That is of course correct.
I tried to read those words written on the car myself but couldn't, which is why I left them there..
It's a pity I gave the answer away as it should have been a good puzzle.
