That's a 1970 Anadol, made in Istanbul, Turkey. Powered by a 1300cc Ford engine, originally an Ogle-designed exercise for Reliant. That particular car appears to have been modified.
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia

It is yes; modified into what?
And how did you know that?
I thought this one was as obscure as they come..

I'd say the owner was trying to recreate a Ford Mustang. Sad, really.

Yes, I know - that's how I found it.
But how did you unearth it?

I think it's a Photoshop image.  :-\

You would appear to be right on further investigation..!

I unearthed it because I was scrolling down the images trying to locate the year of manufacture of that body-style. I recognised the base car as an Anadol easily enough.

I think the customisation would have been easy enough - lowered suspension, chopped roof and a grafted front radiator grille ; not necessarily a photoshop situation. There are young people all over the world doing this to their cars to make them more "individual" - personally i can't see why they don't spend the money it costs to buy a better car in the first place.

No, it's definitely a photo-shop job (see original picture below with before and after shots) so really shouldn't have been a puzzle.
We weren't to know that however so I've given you the point!
