I think that this might be the German "Schluckspecht E" electric car, which broke the world record for the longest distance traveled on a single battery charge.

The "Schluckspecht E" was built by a team at the University of Applied Sciences in Offenberg, Germany.

Yes, it's the Schluckspecht EV, which travelled over 1000 miles on a single charge of its batteries, to set a new world record.

Except a 'boozer' in English can also mean a pub, where the drinking is done..!
