It isn't Talbot, does that mean that it ain't a Talbot-Lago either ? If not Talbot-Lago how about Lorraine-Dietrich ?

Is it a car manufacturer in its own right, or is it a small-scale car maker using engine, chassis or components from one of the named cars?
