MGA, but Twin-Cam.  Why gull-wing doors and a Maserati mouth?  Awful.

There isn't a lot more known about it than delorean has said as it doesn't seem to have a specific name.
So it's delorean's puzzle and it's locked for him to say which country this car was modified in and where it is sitting in the picture?  That'll be enough for the point.

I don't know nothing about this car (where did you get the idea that it has gullwing doors?), so I'm gonna take a guess and say 'USA' (assuming that the car next to it is an Audi 4000 ...).

What do you mean by 'where it is sitting'? Obviously, it's in a junkyard at the moment ...

USA is correct, yes.  It's another one of those MG AWANs (MGA Without A Name!).
"which country this car was modified in and where it is sitting in the picture" means just that.  Where was it modified and is sitting?, which you have answered - the USA.  I wasn't looking for a separate answer, it was just part of the one question..

And I must say they do look like gullwing doors to me too..  Very ambitious but an improvement?  Hardly!
