This car has been pictured on AP before (not as a puzzle) but no-one knew what it was.
I have a name for it and whoever can come up with it will get 1 point!

Russian homebuilt car. On some websites it is signed incorrectly - Agatha (Агата).
Probably you have it's name?

That is the name I have so you get a point for coming up with it.
But it's wrong is it?  Do you have its correct name?

1999' Agatha by Mihail Romanov (Михаил Романов) - this car is shown below. ( in Google Search - Агата Михаил Романов).
I saw a white car on the ad, but not the owner, no address was not.

I think I know what you meant now - it is the 'Agatha' but on some websites it has another (incorrect) name?

Sorry, I can't read the Russian caption - which of the two cars shown is the "Agatha"?

Interesting cross-breeding going on there...

To quote a friend of mine, "You can't make a race horse out of a pig, but with enough money, you can make a very fast pig."

Unfortunately this attempt seems to have failed at all levels.

So the answer to this puzzle is not "Agatha"

No, I'm back now so will change the title.
I didn't understand what you meant dzima - your comment was ambiguous (see my replies #3 and 5).
Same question I asked before then: any idea what it should be called?

Good evening, Norman. Sorry for my ambiguous comment.
On all websites this car does not have a name.
The only thing that I have learned - is the basis of the vehicle and year of construction.
