Dodge Viper Replica, Mazda-based?

It is, yes (although in fact I believe only the front bumper and the wheels have been changed..), and that's all I knew so I would give you the point, but

Dodge Viper body kit by RE Amemiya of Japan for Mazda MX-5

If this is right sixtee5cuda should get the point for providing fuller information.  I've tried Googling for an Amemiya MX-5 Miata Viper but nothing at all comes up, but if you can provide me with some proof that's what it is you'll get the point!  Can you PM me a link please?

I found the reference to Amemiya in a single forum post, which I have since lost.  I can keep looking, or assign point as you see fit.

OK.  I've had another good luck but can find no reference to Amemiya with regards to any Viper replica, let alone the puzzle pic..
So I'll give the point to dzima but if you do find out that it is by Amemiya there's another point waiting for you!

Thank you, very unexpected point for me. ;)
I just assumed, knowing that the Mazda MX-5 is one of the main vehicles for the manufacturers of replicas.
I think, what sixtee5cuda rights and was happy for him.

Three pictures exist of the puzzle car.  Front, rear, and interior.  After further research, the car appeared at a show in Burges in 2000.

Multiple forum posts speculate that the Viper MX5 body kit was produced in Germany by Buethe Motorsports.  That company went out of business in 2002 or 2003.  Their assets were purchased by another German company called Tenzo-R (no connection to the Japanese firm).  Tenzo-R in Germany also seems to have gone out of business.

RE Amemiya did make a Viper front bumper for the MX5, not a complete body kit.
