The front certainly looks similar, and there may be technical similarities, but I don't think it's related.

The base is right, but according to my information it's not exactly built by the same guy as my 2063, alhtough you're not a million miles away..   So, who built it (I'm not actually looking for a name..) and when?

Oh, I misread the blog. So this car was built by the anonymous blogger himself, who's father built NEH 2063.
This one was built in 1977

The other was built in 1971
