This is a 1952 Jowett Jupiter with a body built by Farr.

Indeed it is.
I don't know if more than one was built, but here are some photos of this one in the same situation as the puzzle plus some of a restored car, which is perhaps the same one?:

There has been a fair bit of discussion about the coachbuilt Jupiters on Autopuzzles; http://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/index.php?topic=14233.0
There is a reference to 4 Farr bodied cars.

FRJ351 still exists and is grey and SORNed/licensed to 11/9/13 it seems.
Opinionated but sometimes wrong

The white one is the 3rd of 4 Farr Jupiters built, chassis #252. These later cars have a longer rear deck than MTJ 300. and as Allan L says is currently SORN'ed which is fairly positive. I don't think it's still owned by Doug Day, hopefully whoever has it now is taking slightly better care of it.

There are 2 other Farr Jupiters still about, which is pretty good going.
