1970s'HRG Buchanan Holden or "Godfrey Special" (Holden engine + HRG chassis).
It raced at Bathurst (Australia). Driver - Jack Edwards.

Yes, although it's actually from 1958 rather than the '70s.
So that was easier than I thought it would be...
