Kaipan is correct, but not model 14 (think we've had that one before..)

Kaipan 16.
Two-seater roadster, based around Skoda Fabia mechanics.
It is powered by a four-cylinder 1.2 liter turbocharged engine.
Presented at Brno Motor Show in december'2011.
