I've seen this somewhere!

A proposed development of the Alfa Romeo 512?

No relation to Alfa as far as I'm aware.

It's not an LSR and not Russian. Still, you can say it is some kind of a 'take on Auto Union's Grand Prix cars design'.

Is it only a scale model and the real car wasn't even build?

I can't tell. I'm not sure any scale models were built, this one looks like a drawing. The car didn't compete for reason, so for the same reason it might have not been built. The man behind this car was already seen at AP.

It is Italian.

And I'm not aware of any relation to Djelmo.

Found it!

Biondetti's proposed Grand Prix car from 1935

It was apparently to have a 60-degree UNSUPERCHARGED, AIR-COOLED V12 engine, with twin ohc, two valves per cylinder and three carbs. Bore and stroke are quoted at 79*100mm, engine weight just 265 kilos.  The engine was to be based on 12 Norton motorcycle engines.

The car was never built. The British magazine Motor Sport confirmed that plans had been dropped in the January 1937 edition.
