"No, the donor is a Suzuki Alto, which has been dressed up by a Japanese company and sold under a different name". I'd add that it was a Japanese tuning company

"Aruto" is the Katakana version of "Alto". It is not an Arutoban or Altoban

I guess I have found it.
According to some Japanese car dealer page it was distributed in 2004 as Suzuki Alto 660 G 'French Bulldog' special edition.
