Panhard yes but don't think there's any DB involvement (though I will check).

There are DB Panhard especially the the HBR5 which was a road car
DB Panhard have had some good results at the 24 hours of Le Mans in the 50's

Panhard X84 is correct, and it raced at Le Mans - but there's still a word missing; also when was it from?

Yes, this car raced at the 1952 Le Mans/
I'll keep it locked for you to find out the last bit of its name.
It's a Panhard ***** X84, also referred to as 'Le Mans' but whether that was official or just because it raced there I'm not sure.
