Not sure until I don't check my archive (at home), but it could be the 1964 latest generation (the one with the wide front grille).

I found a front view.
But - the car is described as 1963, which is believable from that front view.
Anyway, I've moved the puzzle now so I won't take your point away!

I double-checked yesterday and in my archive have the official press-note dated 10.1965. I'll re-read it to be sure if about a new model or perhaps a minor change. However, I'd exclude it can be 1963 because it's based on the Fiat 1500C, that was launched only in 1964. Before that Vignale made another kind of 1300/1500 coupè, with a completely different style.
