Identify this car correctly for 1 point:

Panhard DB

It is, but there's a lot more to it than that - it's not just any old DB Panhard!
It has a special name and I'll need to know who modified it, how and when!

That's not what I'm looking for.
I need to know who did the bodywork and when?

Yes, it's Philippe Noyer driving his modified DB Panhard at the Ronde Cevenole in 1968.
Apparently he used doors and the front windscreen from a Matra Djet.
This car was restored by EPAF ROMORANTIN in 2008.

SACO is correct but if I can fill in a few more details -

This particular car has an interesting history......
It started out as DB Panhard chassis no. 1092 and was driven at Le Mans in 1959 as No. 50 by De Tomaso/Davis but retired in the 9th.hour with transmission problems.
In 1960 the car was transformed into a coupe with a large split windscreen and was named "La Vitrine".
A new chassis no. 1283 was fitted and the car was eventually acquired by Michel Montmejean & Philippe Noyer competing in the Ronde Cévenole in 1967 & 1968 as well as the Criterium des Cévennes.
It is shown as the puzzle car in the 1968 event registered 363 KY 34.
Last reports of the car were in 1984.

Thanks woodinsight.
The car was, as I mentioned, restored in 2008 and is back to being 'La Vitrine' again, which was a recent puzzle of mine too, solved only a week or two ago!:
