Identify what this car is, who built it and when, for 1 point:

Moving this a bit earlier than usual as there are sooo many Rookie puzzles at the moment and so few for the Experts..

GT manufactured by Michel and Marcel Chartier in France in 1977.

Yes.
A Chartier has featured on AP before also described as being from 1976 as this is, but I think that is incorrect.  It was actually a development of this car and dated from the mid 1980s.
