This car has featured here before, but not as its own puzzle.
So for the point I want to know:

What is the car?
At what event and location is the picture taken?
Who is featured in the picture?

Google Search by Image continues to raise its ugly head on AutoPuzzles.
For the sake of our newer members who may not be aware of past discussions on it, Google Search by Image as a means of solving puzzles is banned on this website.

AutoPuzzles is primarily a game of automotive knowledge, not of who can copy and paste the quickest.

We ask all members to remember and respect this, and retain the right to ask puzzle-solvers how they came to their answer.

Have fun!

1954 Cadillac La Espada
Photo taken at General Motors Motorama show, in the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York
The model is 17-year-old Dolores DaVega

(Train of thought, FWIW:  Concept car.  Quad headlights imply before 1958.  Dagmars on front of car resemble Cadillac)

Cadillac V above the bumper was hidden in image.  I don't think this did much to hide the identity of the car.

All correct, yes.
They must have been impressed with Dolores because they went on to name a car after her...!

There's a limit to what alterations are allowed; I'm not sure why I bothered either!

They were just starting to experiment with twin headlights around that time, but I think this is the first car I've seen with them mounted like that atop the front wings (fenders to you...!)

So you have your first point and welcome to AutoPuzzles!
