What's this car, by whom for whom and when?

Google Search by Image continues to raise its ugly head on AutoPuzzles.
For the sake of our newer members who may not be aware of past discussions on it, Google Search by Image as a means of solving puzzles is banned on this website.

AutoPuzzles is primarily a game of automotive knowledge, not of who can copy and paste the quickest.

We ask all members to remember and respect this, and retain the right to ask puzzle-solvers how they came to their answer.

Have fun!

Fiat 127 Every 4R by Studio Michelotti.
This is the less-know hard-top one, while the canvas-top in white-orange colour was shown on the period magazines.
I saw it scrapped in the backyard of the former Michelotty factory in the early Ninties. Probably it went lost...

That's the car.
Just the last parts of the question to answer though for the point: who was it built for and when was it built?

Right. The cars were made in 1978 in partnership with the magazine Quattroruote, hence the name 4R.
