What is this and who built it - for 1 point?

Google Search by Image continues to raise its ugly head on AutoPuzzles.
For the sake of our newer members who may not be aware of past discussions on it, Google Search by Image as a means of solving puzzles is banned on this website.

Looks like the DPLM , aston powered prototype intended to run at Le Mans , it never made it , LHD is confusing , could be a reversed negative .

It's not what I have it as.
The image isn't reversed; I painted out all the adverts and they weren't reversed!

It is indeed the JRM, yes.
But I have the name of the builder slightly different; are you sure it was J.R. Manour?
I agree the name of the driver on the screen seems to be "R. Manour" (see below) but was he the builder?
I have another name as I said, but I can't be absolutely certain that the name I have is correct..

I believe there was another JRM constructed c.1973 by Jean-Marie Lalonde, Réne Lorenzon and the brothers Gérard & Jeannot Moritz but I think that was an open barquette.

Again, they are not the names I have (I just have one name as the builder, but its accuracy is perhaps still questionable as I can't find it mentioned anywhere any more!)

I have 4 marques called JRM on my post WWII database - one from the Netherlands, one from New Zealand and two from France (including the puzzle car). The only other name I've come across in respect of the French cars is Claude Rolls.
If it's not that, I'm afraid I've drawn a blank for the moment.

But this one is French and the name of the car is his intials, so he's J.R. M***** (at least according the info I have he is!)

Thanks for the point Carnut, although I don't believe J.R. Mulder is correct.
That is the name of the builder of the Dutch JRM-Porsche 1600 of 1965 (see small photo below) and I doubt that the French puzzle car was built by a person of the same name.
I've also found that the Dutch JRM was in fact your puzzle NEH #986 which had been wrongly described as a JMR.
