What is the full name of this, who built it and when - for 1 point?

It's a "Marina" on Fiat 600 Multipla with Boano/Savio body., launched in 1956.
This one is in the USA, recently restored, and is actually a latest Savio production, dating in 1958.

That's the car all right, but it's not quite its full name as I asked for!
