And may I ask how you knew that and where you got your information from?

There seems to be almost no information about this car on the web - not on any of the Iso cars sites at all!
Hence I have been unable to find any other information out about it apart from its name and the fact that it was driven by a 400cc 2-cylinder engine; from an Isetta bubble-car?
The date I had for it is 1954.

1954 is definitely too early. Thyssen-Bornemissza says it was presented at the Torino salon in 1958, Gloor has it presented at Torino salon 1957. Usually Gloor is more precise, so I would think 1957 is correct. That would fit with the Chrysler Crown Imperial in the background which looks like a 1957 or 1958 model.

The name was not Iso Parad, but Parad-Iso to make it sound like paradise. The design was by Michelotti.

Yes, it all sounds plausible and I've changed it accordingly.

Your source is also incorrect about the engine size, as only the 400 N had the 400cc engine. The 400 ES had a 510 cc engine. And I think it doubtable that more than the one car was built.

I have attached a better picture. Perhaps some of our Italian puzzlers can identify the car to the right in order to rectify the 1957 assumption. The Crown Imperial and the Tempo Matador aren't any help as they were produced identically in 1958.

I've only ever seen the Parad-Iso picture, not one of any "Iso-Plurima", which is not mentioned in the Corna section of Alessandro Sannio's Encylcopedia of Italian Coachbuilders.

  The car on the right is the Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sprint Veloce Zagato from 1956.
