What's this, by whom, from when - for 1 point?

Definitely not a Ferrari despite the scuttle badge

Those look like Ford wheels so is it a Ford Ten based special?

Ford Radpanels Sports Special by Lionel Evans, 1951

Registered in June 1951 as a Ford Sports, this delightful Special has an aluminium over steel tube coach built body by Lionel Evans, owner of Radpanels and supplier of bodies to Dellow. This is one of only two such cars, the other being the four seater.

Based on a short wheelbase Anglia chassis and running gear, it is powered by a 10h.p. side-valve Ford engine, tuned with twin S.U.s and Aquaplane manifolds.

Originally registered KAB246 and re-registered as KVS551, the car was fitted with a Mk111 Dellow radiator cowl and badged as a Dellow in the 1990's. Although not a Dellow, it is recognised and accepted by the Dellow Register as a significant car. It shares a number of Dellow features including the folding windscreen, front panhard rod, Andre Hartford front friction dampers and 17 inch front and 16 inch rear wheels necessitating twin spares.
