What's this, by whom, from when and what engine powers it?  for 1 point..

SWAG is a new one on me..
It's not one of those nor an Allied Atlas or any of the US Cisitalia copies.

No, you tried Cisitalia already and it isn't one.
It's a genuine old car not a modern interpretation.
This one should have been moved to the Experts by now but I'll leave it here for you for another day or two but then it's going to move up..
