Ans how about a red car for a change?  What's this, from when and who was responsible for it?
For 1 point...

Google Image Search continues to raise its ugly head on AutoPuzzles.
For the sake of our newer members who may not be aware of past discussions on it, Google Image Search as a means of solving puzzles is banned on this website.

AutoPuzzles is primarily a game of automotive knowledge, not of who can copy and paste the quickest.

Have fun!

Lyrad GT Mk. 1
Canadian car made in 1967 and described as a "one-off"
The automobile was built by Darryl Townsend
The seats are from a series one XKE
However the rear axle, suspension with lever shocks are early Sunbeam Alpine series one.
The cowl (including inside the engine compartment - the aluminum panel covers Alpine hood latch indentation), windshield, doors, and windows are series one Alpine.
An early Alpine Sunbeam was the chassis and start of the Lyrad. It was lengthen to accommodate the Jaguar engine.
The front nose was modeled from a Lotus race car.
