What's this and who built it for 1 point?

Ok, 1100. Now there are the remaining two third of the puzzle...But this car is not new to me.

Year is correct but it's neither a Bandini nor bodied by Motto AFAIK

Well they're both right really as the 508C on which it is based would be 1937 but the bodywork would have been added in 1946/7!
