I do know what this car is, but that's not the puzzle (although I won't stop anyone from identifying it correctly).
The puzzle is to identify what this car purports to be on a spoof website?

Google Image Search continues to raise its ugly head on AutoPuzzles.
For the sake of our newer members who may not be aware of past discussions on it, Google Image Search as a means of solving puzzles is banned on this website.

AutoPuzzles is primarily a game of automotive knowledge, not of who can copy and paste the quickest.

We ask all members to remember and respect this, and retain the right to ask puzzle-solvers how they came to their answer.

Have fun!

What it is, is easy: Alfa Romeo 6 C 2500 Sport, telaio 915.382 and body by Ghia, presented at the Concorso Villa d'Este in 1949.

The puzzle ???

That's right, designed by Michelotti I believe.
But I'm afraid there are no points for that!

Possibly purporting to be the Plymouth XX500 concept car by Ghia for Chrysler ,where Ghia used the styling of the afore-mentioned Alfa instead of actually building the design Chrysler had asked for ?

This is described as one of the cars built by Automobili Monteluci Venezis SPA from The Grand Duchy of Van Luxemburg, Automobile nation number one.  Monteluci is the fiery producer of the Duca, the Duca Pantera and the Ducareale, as well as the Bucintoro Lusso.

Yes, you've found the name!  Well done.
Now all you have to do is tell me which one of the loads of cars this "company" has produced since 1907 this is...!
Someone has a very vivid imagination and an awful lot of spare time; each car has an identity so the puzzle car has a name, a Monteluci ******!
Locked for you to scour that website and see if you can identify it!

You got it!
It doesn't mention the date, but the real car in the photo is a Ghia Alfa-Romeo 2500 Sport by Boano/Michelotti, from 1949 (as Siata1 identified).
What a glorious waste of someone's time!!
